Auction Rules

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID. 

All bidders must register to bid, only the register bidder may claim the
vehicle, unless written authorization is provided to the Auction. Registration could take up to 48 hours to
approve bidders.

HOW DO I BID?
Log in to the Beard’s Towing Auction Website, BeardsAuction.com . Click View and you will see the vehicles
Running. Start bidding.
*** Extra time automatically adds up if a bid is placed 90 seconds before the time is up***

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE WON? 

The easiest way is to log back in, it will show you vehicles won. It is your
responsibility to check to see if you are the highest bidder. You will also receive an email and the next steps.
 

IF BID 

An IF bid is a bid placed below the reserve price of an item. Although the bidder is not declared the
winner at the end of the auction, they may be contacted by the auctioneer with a counter-offer to purchase
the item. The bidder should check their dashboard to find out if they have received a counter-offer.

HOW DO I PAY? We accept CASH only. Beard’s Towing will have the vehicle paperwork and the keys (if applicable) once
payment is received.

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? 

Vehicles will be immediately billed and ready for pickup between the hours of 10AM-4PM Monday through Friday.

CARS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 4 days after the auction closes (Auction closing is
DAY 1) or you will be charged storage fees and late fees.

This is an “AS IS Auction”, we do everything in our power to list the cars condition accurately and highlight
the major flaws in advance on the site. All vehicles sold as is how is, where is. It is the buyers’ responsibility to
review and judge vehicle condition before bidding. Item preview is highly recommended and bidding
without previewing is strongly discouraged.

AFTER THE SALE IS OVER 

No repairs of any kind. No locksmiths allowed. No gas or batteries can be installed.  NO ASSISTANCE WITH LOADING!
If the vehicle won’t start, you must arrange for a tow. Beard’s Towing does offers move-outs and deliveries of
vehicles at an additional cost, inquire when making final payment. ALL VEHICLES must be towed from
Beard's Towing premises at the winning bidder’s expense by a TDLR certified wrecker, including a valid cab
card and TDLR tow operator’s license. No trailer, car dolly or tow bar may be used inside the lot. If proper
vehicle/equipment is not brought to remove vehicle from Beard's property, then Beard's Towing will charge
$60 (light duty) or $125 (heavy duty) CASH ONLY to move the item out of the gate for you. If Beard’s Towing 

removes the vehicle outside the gate for you, any vehicle left abandoned and unattended will be immediately

brought back inside the gate – NO EXCEPTIONS.
